Glenoch Angus is a seedstock Angus cattle stud, owned by Roger and Tam Boshammer and family, near Chinchilla on the Western Downs, Qld, founded in 1974. Each year, 600 cows are joined, and 230 bulls are sold annually by Private Treaty from November and at their sale in August. The Glenoch Angus herd has evolved over time to be resilient and adaptable. 

Glenoch Angus bulls are renowned for their adaptability in Northern, Southern, and coastal areas of Queensland, and their many repeat clients have said that “our bulls, thrive, survive and reproduce in these conditions”. 

Demonstrating their versatility and ability to meet the demands of our clients, the resilience and evolution of Glenoch Angus females are a result of natural selection pressures, ensuring performance in tough conditions. 

Our moderately framed cow is adaptable and functional with an emphasis on fertility.
