Marty Grant Bulldozing is a small family business with over 10 years experience in the bulldozing and dam construction industry. Coming from a farming background we understand the importance of on-farm water storage and are keen to meet the needs of farmers, graziers & stock stations throughout the Wheatbelt and Mid West region and beyond.

LOCATION: We are based in Wyalkatchem in the central wheatbelt in WA and work in a 100km radius but have been known to go up and work in the Pilbara on occasion.

JOB TYPE: From now until January 2021 - or possibility of full time work.



We are looking to employ an experienced Grader & Bulldozer Driver with possibility of Excavator and Loader work.


  • Duties will include grading & bulldozing works including  - i.e. Dam sinking, dam cleaning, pushing gravel, site preparation, clearing and other infrastructure projects.

  • The right person must be able to construct and build out of earth and clay.

  • Grader and Bulldozer experience essential.

  • Drivers Licence essential.

  • HR, HC or MC licence preferred.

  • Must be able to work autonomously or well within a team. 

  • Sober habits be neat and tidy and be able to converse with clients.

  • Able to camp out on occasion.


  • Remuneration reflective of experience

  • Accommodation requirements can be provided in Wyalkatchem

  • All meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner

  • Work vehicle will be provided

  • 6 days per week, though work schedule is flexible.
