HEAD STOCKMAN/ EXPERIENCED STATION HAND

WINTON, QLD

Diamond Cattle Co is a family operated cattle breeding & backgrounding business, with properties in Northern, Western & Southern QLD. This position is based on “Cooinda”, located 65kms north west of Winton but does involve travel throughout QLD to complete stock management.

Remuneration: Negotiable depending on experience

Start Date: Immediately

Job Description:

• The position requires an experienced self-motivated individual, familiar with all aspects of station maintenance & a comprehensive knowledge of cattle husbandry.

• You will work alongside the business owners & have responsibility for livestock management & junior staff management. 

• Motorbike skills are essential & a truck licence & machine operation experience is an advantage.
