Must have cooking experience
Organisation & cleanliness are essential

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful applicant is responsible for preparing hearty meals for staff numbers of up to 50 people.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be able to organise and manage a busy kitchen. Other duties include menu planning and ordering of stores.
In addition, a domestic helper is allocated to assist daily with cleaning this busy kitchen.
Job Requirements:
To be successful in this position, it is required that you have previous experience cooking for large numbers.
Ideally, this position would suit a couple that could share the responsibilities of this busy kitchen. A current driver's licence is also required.
