We are seeking a station hand couple or two people who are willing to live together to join our client's family-owned cattle property outside of Clermont in Queensland.

Job Description:

  • Truck licence is preferred but not essential

  • Must have a drivers licence and reliable vehicle

  • Excellent opportunity to climb the ladder

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • You will be performing a wide range of duties, including but not limited to branding, tagging, vaccinating, drenching and mustering on quads and bikes. 

  • Additionally, you will be doing lick runs, installing and maintaining fencing and carrying out general repairs and maintenance of bikes and vehicles. 

  • Furthermore it would be advantageous if you had some experience operating a grader and a bobcat however training can be provided.​

Job Requirements:

As long as one of the candidates has 2-3 years of prior experience in a similar role, it is not necessary for both applicants to have previous experience in the same field because on-farm training can be provided. Among the other duties will be cleaning troughs, gardening, feeding poddy calves and chooks, as well as some household cleaning. It would be advantageous to have some welding experience and a truck license, but this is not essential.​

This is the perfect role for someone who wants to grow and invest in their career, as there is an opportunity to climb the ladder. There is an option for the successful applicant to bring their own bikes and horses, however bikes are provided.​
