Job Description:
A permanent, full-time role now exists for a willing and capable farm hand to join this small farming team. Situated near our Brindley Park Feedlot and Property operations, just 40 minutes from Roma,
Hourly rates plus paid overtime

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Enjoy variety in day-to-day activities between erosion control, planting & spraying across 9000 acres of broadacre dryland cropping, including:
Safe operation of modern farming equipment
Working effectively without supervision
Safe application and handling of chemicals
Basic maintenance and servicing of plant, equipment & machinery
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in broadacre farming is a bonus. What's more important to us is that you:

Have a strong work ethic
Are trustworthy and reliable
Are mechanically minded
Prioritise the health, safety and welfare of yourself and your team
Are physically fit and capable to safely undertake the physical aspects of the role
Hold a valid manual drivers licence
