Job Description:
Reporting to the Compliance Manager – Agribusiness you will assist with the day-to-day administration associated with Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance Compliance across the agribusiness division.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Collate and compile Compliance and Safety data and records
Draft routine WHS reports
Coordinate routine inspections across our 12 Property Groups and 3 Feedlots
Advising managers of upcoming and overdue WHS related actions
Administrative support to incident investigations, hazard identification & safety system in general
Data entry and maintenance of the incident reporting system
Other Safety and Compliance related administrative tasks
Job Requirements:
Technical skills/experience:
Able to demonstrate prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
Able to demonstrate problem solving ability and ability to work with minimal supervision
Able to demonstrate proficiency in business communication with excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport with a wide variety of people
Able to demonstrate advanced proficiency of a range of software, including the Microsoft suite
