Brett Cattle Company are a family operated business and comprises of 2 cattle stations:
Waterloo Station is located on the Duncan Highway NT, 150km from the East Kimberley major tourist destination, Kununurra. The Station encompasses 1895 sq. km in the Victoria River District which runs up to 25,000head.
Willeroo Station is located 120km South West of Katherine on the Victoria Highway. Willeroo spans 171,000 ha and is a makeup of breeding and backgrounding cattle focusing on the live export trade.

Job Description:
We are seeking to fill the following positions for 2024:
Station Hands
Truck Driver
Governess - must have completed a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood
Grader Operator
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Station Hands:
Excellent horsemanship & livestock handling knowledge, ability and skill
Mustering, drafting, trucking of cattle
Commitment to highest standards of animal health and welfare
Fitness to safely undertake the physical aspects of station work
Sound judgement & problem solving
General station maintenance with a continual clean and tidy manner
Truck Driver:
MC Licence essential
Carting livestock in road trains
Governess:
Managing the day-to-day running of the school room
Preparing resources and planning activities in advance
Identifying and acting on learning opportunities inside and outside the schoolroom
Working with management in the schoolroom at times
Attending online supervisor support sessions
Creating a fun and supportive learning environment
Must have completed a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood
Grader Operator:
At least 2 years grader experience
Main duties include maintaining and grading new station roads, erosion control, fence lines and fire breaks.
Basic maintenance on grader.
Job Requirements:
You will be required to enthusiastically join an existing team to perform station duties particular to each position.
