Job Description:
Due to rapid growth of operations, Camm Agricultural Group seeks to appoint a Machinery Operator (Grader, Loaders and Excavators) for our Wonga Plains feedlot in Bowenville, QLD.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Operating graders, loaders, and excavators.
Perform general maintenance and upkeep of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and report any property-related observations.
Adhere to operational guidelines when handling machinery.
Assist with general farm duties as directed by management.
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and personal responsibility in safe work practices.
Conduct maintenance work on the road train to the required competency level and maintain accurate records of completed tasks.
Report to the supervisor and complete assigned tasks efficiently and within required timeframes.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience operating graders, loaders, and excavators.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Basic machine maintenance, including troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
Adaptability to work with various machinery types and quickly learn new technologies.
