We are seeking to fill a Manager or Caretaker position for our 110,000 acre breeder property, 'Garfield' located 40km north of Jericho, QLD. Jericho is located on the Capricorn Highway 86km east of Barcaldine.

Job Description:
There are 2 options for this position, both suiting a reliable couple, as either a Manager OR Caretaker.
The duties and benefits are listed below for both positions.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties for Manager:
Organising mustering (on site mustering contractor used), trucking etc.
Property maintenance including water and lick runs, fence maintenance, weed control
Experience as a driver of grader, skid steer
Would prefer the applicant to have a partner to assist with duties.
Duties for Caretaker:
Maintenance of house complex, lick and water runs, fence maintenance
Experience with cattle is preferred
Would prefer the applicant to have a partner to assist with duties.
Job Requirements:
Experience in a similar role preferred as either Manager or Caretaker
Cattle experience required for both positions
Work well under instruction from the owner
Drivers licence
Experience with operating machinery is preferred
A couple wanting a long term opportunity is preferred
Must be reliable and trustworthy
