Job Description:
We are looking for a Grader & Loader Operator to join the team in 2023, undertaking station based improvements and earthworks as required, operating a Caterpillar 12M Grader and a John Deere 624K Loader.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Carry out grading of station roads to provide safe roads for vehicles.
Clearing and grading of fence lines and establish and maintain fire breaks.
Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on machinery.
Carry out earthworks with Loader as required
Other projects and improvements as required involving the station Caterpillar 12M Grader and John Deere 624K Loader
Job Requirements:
Experience in maintaining and operating heavy machinery.
Must hold a current manual open driver's licence.
Current licences for grader, excavator, loader and dozer preferred, or equivalent experience.
Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
Have attention to detail, excellent work ethic, be clean, neat and tidy and above all must love remote living.
