We are currently seeking two permanent, full-time energetic and experienced Head Stockpeople to lead our stock camps at Balfour Downs and Minderoo Station aggregations.
Balfour Downs is located near Newman in the East Pilbara, and Minderoo is located near Onslow’s coastline.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
You will lead a stock camp of 5-8 members, guiding them through horse and cattle handling and husbandry practises, fencing, machinery operation, and general station maintenance.
You will be someone who is self-motivated and willing to lead staff by example through a strong work ethic and respect for others, whilst achieving company goals and objectives to a high standard.
The business looks to develop key employees to progress through the business, with additional training opportunities available.
Depending on location, you would gain exposure and/or experience in different aspects of the business such as the multiplier herd program, backgrounding and feedlot operations, horse breeding and fodder production.

Be motivated and hard-working, willing to positively contribute to the Harvest Road culture.
Be proficient in handling both motorbikes and horses.
Record and communicate necessary livestock data in an accurate and legible manner.
Lead by example both in and out of the workplace.
Work closely with the management team to ensure all requirements are met, keeping the big picture in mind.
Hold a current drivers license, with HR or MC highly regarded.
Confidently pass a National police clearance.
