Our Beef Business:
Harvest Road’s integrated beef supply chain, stretching from the Kimberley to southwest of Western Australia, strives for best practice animal welfare and environmental sustainability. Our pastoral operations span seven iconic stations, each with its own unique history, character and geography, across 2.7 million hectares of remote, pristine North-Western Australia.

Job Description:

We have a range of full-time permanent station positions we are looking to fill across the Kimberley, Pilbara and Gascoyne regions:

  • Station cooks

  • Administration

  • Farm/Station managers

  • Gardeners

  • Station Hands

  • Bore Runners

  • Machinery Operators

  • Governess

  • Head stockpersons

Pilbara

  • Minderoo Station

  • Uaroo Station

  • Balfour Downs

Gascoyne

  • Brickhouse Station

  • Minilya Station

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

About you, you will:

  • be excited about a rural working lifestyle that offers challenges and rewards each day.

  • always demonstrate commitment to safe working practices and animal welfare.

  • be motivated and enthusiastic, willing to be part of the Harvest Road culture.

  • have a strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a close-knit and passionate team.

  • have experience with cattle animal husbandry (desirable).

  • adhere to the guidance of the station management staff.

  • possess a manual driver’s licence.

  • have strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

  • possess a good level of fitness for physical work.

  • if interested in a Station Hand role, be proficient handling a horse and/or bike.

  • have previous experience in a similar role.

  • pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment.
