Established in 1888, Jumbuck are a fourth-generation pastoral business with large scale sheep and cattle stations throughout Australia.
Wave Hill Station is located 450km South-West of Katherine in the beautiful and iconic Victoria River District of the Northern Territory. The property currently runs around 40,000 head of Brahman cattle across 2.9million acres of well developed, mixed country.

We are seeking experienced operators for the following positions for the 2023 season, running from February 27 – November 17):
Truck Driver (Lick Delivery to Cattle)
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate experience operating Graders (ideally Cat 140H or 12G Grader) and Loaders.
Experience with Telehandlers is an advantage but can be learnt and will be necessary for the driver to reliably deliver lick to cattle via the crane mounted on the truck.
Operators with suitable HC/MC experience, comfortable living and working in remote and isolated regions, with mechanical knowledge and able to keep machinery in top condition - we are keen to hear from you.
Single air-conditioned accommodation and meals are provided with a competitive day rate in line with experience.
Telstra mobile coverage is available at the homestead.
