The Kimberley Agriculture and Pastoral Company is made up of four Indigenous-owned pastoral stations in northern Western Australia. Mt. Anderson, Myroodah, Frazier Downs, and Bohemia Downs are standing together under a single management structure to take advantage of the economies of scale offered by an integrated pastoral enterprise. KAPCO provides an avenue for Indigenous people to gain training, skills, and employment in their country.

Job Description:
KAPCo are currently seeking an Office Manager for Administration & Office Support.
The postion is based at the 404,000 hectare Myroodah Station, 3 hours East of Broome.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Previous station operations and lifestyle experience
Knowledgeable on animal welfare standards and maintenance operations.
Recruitment and retention
Operational roles: station hand, cook, homesteader, bore, etc.
Having demonstrated a positive culture in all aspects
Use of Microsoft software applications
Job Requirements:
Coordinate and manage homestead staff and logistics.
Manage OH&S and PPE provisions.
Responsible for incident and accident reporting.
Maintain stores and store staffing.
Coordinates and manages all station mail.
Staff inductions and onboarding
Staff timesheets are completed and submitted on time.
Recording of rainfall.
Assist the General Manager.
