Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Station Hand to join us at North Well Station.
North Well Station is located close to the town of Kingoonya, 300km NW of Port Augusta, South Australia.
With 3,814km of pastoral land and an annual rainfall of 172mm, North Well Station currently runs a mixed operation of both sheep and beef cattle.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
This role will require working across all aspects of sheep and cattle husbandry.
In addition, maintenance of water systems, vehicles, machinery and infrastructure also plays a large part of this role.
You will be fully supported in your training and development.
Job Requirements:
Experience working with both sheep and cattle is preferred.
Competent mustering on 2-wheeled motorbikes.
Proven experience undertaking maintenance of infrastructure and machinery.
Welding experience would be highly regarded.
Driver’s licence is essential.
You must have permanent rights to work in Australia. Unfortunately, this role is not suited to those on Working Holiday Visas.
