Job Description:
Paspaley Pastoral Company are seeking a Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Machinery Operator to join our team at Kurrajong Park near Coolah NSW.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this position is hands-on, working as a part of a team of four on farm mechanics.
This position supports the Workshop Manager in all aspects of light vehicle, heavy vehicle and agricultural equipment maintenance.
This position supports the cropping team at key times of the year including planting and harvest. This will include machinery operation and general farm duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Heavy Diesel Mechanic qualification (this will be verified)
Experience in agriculture and machinery operation (Tractors, Spray booms, Harvesters, HR Trucks preferred)
You will have strong observation and communication skills
A positive attitude with the ability to work both individually and as a part of a team
HR drivers licence preferred but not essential
