We are looking for an experienced full-time suitable candidate or couple to fill a machinery operator/governess role on a large-scale cattle property, QLD/NT border to start late January. The nearest town is Bowthorn in QLD.

Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Property Manager, the position of Governess performs a variety day-to-day tasks.
Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
Organising daily lessons and follow school planning, while supervising learning and on-air times.
Keep the school room clean, tidy, and organised and ensure that resources are kept stocked.
Complete art and craft and sport activities
Some before and after school care, occasional weekend care
Assist during school functions.
Other station duties will include but are not limited to:
Prepare & coordinate activities
Light housekeeping with children's lunch & some outdoor duties
Job Requirements:
Skills and Experience
Current Driver's License
Current First Aid & CPR
Flexibility - able to meet changing requirements
Working with Children Check- QLD Blue Card
Ability to communicate clearly & effectively
Organisation skills to deal with the multi-tasking required in a school
Attention to detail
Although we are not seeking an individual with expertise in this field, previous experience is highly regarded but a genuine interest in children is a must, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where the children can thrive and develop both indoors & outdoors.
