We are currently seeking TWO Multi-skilled Machinery Operators to join our team at Lillyvale Feedlot near Condamine.
As part of the Feed yard Maintenance team, the person in this role will be required to work within a team environment, to ensure the welfare of the animals is always maintained whilst undertaking all duties.
Operation of some or all of the following equipment: loaders, tractors excavator, trucks and trailers (single or road train combination), bobcats, grader and other road maintenance equipment will be required to undertake the tasks required for this role.
Lillyvale Feedlot is located near the township of Condamine in QLD. Lillyvale is a licensed 26,000 head feedlot and proudly employs over 50 team members.
Primary Duties include, but are not limited to:
Operate machinery as directed including loaders, tractors excavator, trucks and trailers (single or road train combination), bobcats, grader and other road maintenance equipment
Daily Pre-start checks
Record Keeping
Keep machinery clean and tidy
Pen maintenance
Working around cattle
All other duties assigned by the maintenance supervisor and/ or General Manager.
Good communication skills
Demonstrated experience in machinery operation
Be a team player
Health and Safety orientated
Truck license desirable
