We are looking for a Headstockman/ Leading Hand to join our team and commence on Gogo Station in early 2022.

Job Description: The Headstockman/ Leading Hand must be experienced in working with large numbers of cattle, leading and managing staff, mustering with motorbikes and all round general maintenance.

The successful applicant is to have:

  • Experience in working with large mobs of cattle which includes mustering with motorbikes, drafting and branding.

  • Mechanical and maintenance experience.

  • The ability to communicate efficiently and work well with all levels of staff and report to the Manager on a daily basis.

  • Excellent organizational skills and must be self motivated.

  • It would be highly desirable to have a team of good working dogs for the education and tailing of weaners.


  • Male, female, family and couple accommodation available with opportunities for partners to work in Fitzroy Crossing (16km away from Gogo) in many varied roles.

  • Remuneration based on experience
