Location: WestBeef Feedlot (near the town of Burakin) is located in the heart of the Wheatbelt of Western Australia, is a modern and efficient feedlot, featuring excellence in design and operations, in the midst of a region famous for its large-scale grain production. We are seeking to fill these roles:

​

Renumeration / Accommodation:

• $24-26 p/hr

  • First 3 months would include additional 25% casual loading.  

• Time and half for hours worked beyond 38 hours per week.

• Rostered weeks required (Including weekends circa 48.5 per week on average)

• 5 weeks annual leave

• Shared accommodation available, wouldn’t suit a family.

Role and Responsibilities include but are not limited to (a full job description will be provided to applicants with relevant experience):

Cattle Team:

• Daily health inspections

• Administration of cattle treatments – drenching, tagging, vaccinations etc

Feed Team:

• Learning the feed call system

• Mixing and delivering of feed

Operations Team:

• Working with the maintenance supervisor to complete required maintenance tasks

• Maintaining and cleaning workshop equipment and area.​
