Hayfield Station is a family operated cattle station, located 340kms south of Katherine, in the NT.

We are seeking the following positions to join our team for the 2022 season. We have a 6 day work week with a 3 month probationary period.

​

TRUCK DRIVER/ MECHANIC | Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Repairs and maintenance of the station’s plant and equipment.

• Assist with repairs and maintenance on water bores and pumps.

• Livestock paddock carting and occasional trips within the NT. Using 6 deck unit and Mack Superliner

• Operate machinery used on the station for various reasons. E.g. Loader, Grader, etc.

Essential Requirements:

• MC Drivers License

• Heavy diesel mechanical knowledge

• Good communication and record keeping skills.

• Organised and able to work unsupervised

• High standard of safety for yourself and others, working in a remote area.
