Job Description: We are seeking someone who will, take pride in their work, show initiative in grounds development and maintenance, ensuring the grounds look their best, are safe and exemplifies the high level of standards we present for our visitors and staff. 

The role will include a range of responsibilities and duties connected with the care and maintenance of grounds, buildings, health and safety, security and general well being of the properties. 

You will need to: 

• Be a self motivated, hands-on individual who is able to use a ride on mower, push mower, whipper snipper, chainsaw, weed sprayer, tractor for slashing and other equipment required for grounds maintenance.

• Contribute to projects and maintenance schedules.

• Be able to manage your time efficiently and effectively.

• Be able to work unattended and be a good communicator.

• Be practical, with good DIY skills.
