Territory has been 'the talk of the town' since it was released in late October - it has scored some unbelievable ratings from around the world.
Not bad for a few Territory ringers.
Behind the scenes, ringers were helping run the show including Liz Cook, from the series 'Outback Ringer'. Liz was the stunt double for actor, Anna Torv aka 'Emily Lawson', doing the bull catching scenes for her. For Liz it was just another day mustering, although she did say, "it was a novelty to get your hair, makeup and a dusting of dust, just prior to going out catching bulls on set!"
Jack, the Head Stockman at Tipperary, said, "it's the best fun you can have with your jean's on..." as he led his team of ringers helping set the scenes throughout the filming of the series. I'll let him give the run down on how things played out in the Territory: Real Ringers video (4mins)...
Jack adds in the video, "...maybe something like this might give young people an interest in becoming a ringer on a station..." There are jobs at Tipperary if you want to live the real thing and other new opportunities posted this week...
