Job Description/ Summary:
Continued growth of the business has created the need for a key addition to the team. The Project Manager will report directly to the Managing Director utilising their high-level organisational and communication skills to support the delivery of industry leading research and commercial projects. Key responsibilities will include:

Management of all aspects of commercial or research projects, working to quality, time and budget constraints.

Providing timely and accurate project administration and advice to support the Managing Director in their interactions with clients.

Consulting services, research and report writing that is meaningful to commercial and industry clients.

High-level communication with clients, management and staff regarding project tasks, content, timelines and budget.
-
Active representation of the company values, with reference to all relevant company procedures, including regard for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues.
The Person
The right person for this role will bring drive and energy and a commitment to marrying environmental gain with efficient agricultural production systems. They will posses the following skills and attributes:

Sound project management skills and experience in an agricultural or related scientific field

Superior report writing and client communication skills

Excellent communication skills at all levels

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and advanced computer skills

Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the agricultural industry, particularly animal production systems

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Agribusiness, Agricultural Science, Finance/economics or Project Management with relevant connection to Agriculture or similar will be highly regarded.
