Job Description:

  • We are currently recruiting for a HR Co-ordinator to look after our exceptional team.

  • Based at “Sondella” near Moranbah in Central Queensland

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Building strong communication and relationships with the team

  • Delivering initiatives that improve team cohesion and engagement

  • Manage training programs and records

  • Co-ordinate staffing requirements across the group with our rosters and rotations

  • Assist with recruitment and on boarding of new staff

  • Maintain payroll records

  • Maintain WHS and other compliance records

Job Requirements:

We are looking for a people person, who enjoys working within a strong team, fostering continuous improvement.
