Job Description:

We are looking for a Rural Products Sales Manager to join the Katherine team on a permanent, full time basis.

As an Elders Rural Products Sales Manager, your expert product knowledge and customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including finding new opportunities for them to explore. You are also a strong leader with demonstrated people management and merchandise operational skills. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.

Key Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

As a key member and leader within the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:

  • Develop and manage merchandise business plans and budgets

  • Leading a merchandise sales team

  • Exposure to some of the biggest names in Australian Agriculture

  • Servicing clients who have interests in Extensive Beef Production, Cotton, Cropping and Horticulture

  • Meeting key performance indicators and expenditure targets

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending the Elders range of products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business

  • Proactively source new business to achieve KPI's and targets

Job Requirements:
